We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Core/Consumer Product team. This role will work closely with engineering, product design, other product teams and marketing to ensure delivery of product feature enhancements in support of Ava Labs Core/Consumer product vision.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Manage the strategy of Core to drive adoption of new and existing users, Avalanche, and the broader ecosystem
  • Drive product development from conception to launch
  • Collaborate cross functionally with design, engineering, and product to develop and execute the roadmap
  • Manage concurrent projects across multiple work streams requiring input from internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee cataloging and resolution of reported bugs and required maintenance
  • Ensure delivery is progressing against key milestones and KPIs
  • Build on existing crypto knowledge by staying up to date on market trends both generally and within Avalanche
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • A deep understanding and passion for crypto (L1s/L2s, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, DePIN, AI etc.)
  • 3+ years of technical product management in fintech, blockchain or cryptocurrency businesses
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Extensive analytical, prioritization, and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience building software products
  • A growth mindset and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Personal alignment with the Ava Labs and Avalanche missions

NICE TO HAVE

  • Previous experience as a developer or UX/UI designer
  • Demonstrated history of contributing to or participating in crypto projects
  • Experience working in a start-up environment

Salary Range: $126,600 to $158,200

(**This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, a final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.)
