About Trivelta

Operators deserve more from their technology. More speed, more intelligence, and more control.
Trivelta is on a mission to provide the AI-native software infrastructure powering the next generation of sportsbook and gaming companies. Our platform combines true native apps on both the App Store and Google Play, AI-powered personalization and risk management, and built-in social features that help operators create world-class product experiences.
Today, Trivelta powers operators serving millions of users across global markets.
As we continue our rapid growth, two things are essential to our success: our people and our culture.
So far, we have built a global team working from our offices in Boston, Barcelona, Monterrey, and Indore, as well as remotely around the world, to help us achieve our mission. And we’re looking for more exceptional people. People who love building great products, redefining what is possible with AI, and turning complexity into elegant, scalable solutions.

What You Will Be Responsible For

You will own the product definition and day-to-day execution for a set of integrations that are business-critical and technically non-trivial.

That includes:

  • Working directly with engineers across multiple time zones to define, prioritize, and deliver integration work
  • Turning technical requirements such as APIs, data contracts, and edge cases into clear product specs and acceptance criteria
  • Acting as the main product interface toward third-party partners by explaining our requirements, validating theirs, and keeping everyone aligned
  • Coordinating testing and validation across multiple environments including dev, staging, and production, as well as across devices
  • Making sure integrations behave correctly not just on paper, but in real-world conditions

You will spend a lot of time in the details such as logs, payloads, test accounts, and configuration flags, and that is by design.

How You Will Work

This is not a write-a-PRD-and-move-on role.

You will be:

  • Deeply embedded with development teams during implementation
  • Involved in release planning and go-live readiness
  • Hands-on with QA, regression testing, and issue triage
  • Proactive about identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases before they become production problems

You do not need to code, but you do need to understand what is being built well enough to ask good questions and catch problems early.

What We Are Looking For
  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role working closely with engineering
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and thriving in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable refining loose requirements into a clear technical spec and translating between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Passionate about your craft and committed to delivering exceptional results
  • Strong technical literacy and comfort discussing APIs, authentication flows, data formats, and system behavior
  • Experience collaborating with developers across time zones and cultures
  • Extremely detail-oriented, especially when it comes to testing and validation
  • Comfortable working with external business partners on technical topics
  • Business-level English proficiency is required.

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Experience with integrations payment providers, KYC, identity, or authentication
  • Background in fintech or other highly regulated environments
  • Experience supporting products that operate across multiple international markets or jurisdictions
Why This Role Matters

Integrations are often where platforms succeed or fail. When they work well, nobody notices. When they do not, everything breaks.

This role exists to make sure things work well.

You will have meaningful ownership, close collaboration with strong engineers, and the opportunity to influence how our platform scales as we add partners, markets, and products.

Reporting & Team

You will report into the Head of Product and work day-to-day with engineering, QA, and external partners. The scope may evolve over time, but the expectation of ownership and technical depth will not.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
