As Technical Pre-Sales Engineer, your mission will be to design the best technical solution for our prospects and help the commercial team accelerate the deal and onboarding. Present since the beginning of a commercial pipeline, being the face of EBANX Solution alongside the Commercial Owner.

Your day-to-day impact:
  • Work closely with the Commercial Team to understand complex merchants’ needs and define the best technical solution to solve them;
  • Lead technical calls with different audiences: presenting EBANX solutions and/or exploratory discovery meetings to understand the customer's business case;
  • Work with Internal Teams (Product, Regulatory, Finance, Devs) to design and validate the merchant business case and needs, always seeking the best solution;
  • Prioritizes, communicates, and mitigates issues and risks with internal and external stakeholders promptly and clearly;
  • Prepare a high-quality documented solution proposal that is going to be delivered to the merchant and used by EBANX Internal Teams as a guide to the Implementation Project;
  • Report to internal stakeholders weekly on the progress of all of your work with the merchants;
  • Communicate clearly with the integration team to handover the project so that it leaves no room for misunderstandings and guarantees a frictionless merchant experience.
Must-haves to shine in this role:
  • Technical background, with a focus on Web-based/cloud applications, and API communication;
  • Payment industry background;
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with people across geographically diverse cultures;
  • Merchant-facing skills, effective interpersonal relationships, and demonstrating professional and technical credibility;
  • English proficiency;
  • A strong Team Player, helping to develop the Pre Sales Engineer Team alongside the EBANX Growth.
