Description

We’re growing and looking to hire a Senior Technical Enablement Manager who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.

Claroty is a global leader in protecting cyber-physical systems (CPS), dedicated to securing the critical infrastructure that keeps the world running. We’re a fast-growing, award-winning team where innovation meets purpose—and we want you to help us define the future of cybersecurity.

About the Role

As the Senior Technical Enablement Manager at Claroty, you will own the strategy, design, and delivery of enablement programs that build implementation capability across internal teams and partners.

Reporting to the Global Head of Enablement, this role is responsible for ensuring that technical audiences can successfully deploy, configure, and operationalize Claroty products and services in real-world environments. This role requires deep experience implementing cloud and SaaS solutions, along with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, networking, and deployment models. You will translate complex technical architectures into practical, implementation-focused learning that drives real-world execution.

You will design and scale a blended learning ecosystem that includes virtual instructor-led training (vILT), technical boot camps, hands-on labs, and self-paced eLearning. This role requires close partnership with Product, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Partner teams to translate product capabilities into practical, implementation-focused learning experiences. This is a remote US role

Responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Enablement Manager, your impact will be:

  • Own end-to-end technical enablement strategy for product implementation across internal and external audiences
  • Design scalable programs including vILT sessions, boot camps, labs, and eLearning paths
  • Build role-based technical learning journeys for internal teams and partner ecosystems
  • Translate complex product architectures and deployment models into step-by-step implementation training
  • Enable partners to independently deploy, configure, and support Claroty solutions in customer environments
  • Establish hands-on learning experiences that simulate real-world deployment scenarios across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Continuously refine programs based on learner feedback, product updates, and field insights
Requirements

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical enablement, technical training, or solutions engineering in B2B SaaS, cloud, or cybersecurity environments
  • Direct experience implementing or supporting deployment of cloud and SaaS solutions in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, including networking, infrastructure, and system integrations
  • Proven experience building implementation-focused training programs for technical audiences
  • Experience designing blended learning programs including live instruction, labs, and self-paced content
  • Ability to translate complex technical architectures into structured, consumable learning experiences
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to scale enablement across global audiences
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, lab environments, and technical content delivery tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure program effectiveness and improve outcomes
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills across both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Expected compensation for the role is between $140,000 - $170,000. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of payment. Pay will be determined by experience level, but those outside the salary band are welcome to apply.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
