Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design and Development:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
- Create custom connectors and APIs to integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and meet user requirements.
- System Integration:
- Collaborate with teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party platforms.
- Develop seamless data flows across systems to ensure high-quality and secure integrations.
- Optimization and Maintenance:
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Power Platform applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Compliance and Security:
- Implement security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain system integrity.
- Leadership and Collaboration:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that drive business value.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
- Automate workflows and processes to enhance productivity and decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve existing systems and processes.
Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Proficiency in developing both model-driven and canvas apps.
- Strong understanding of integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
- Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and data gateways.
- Knowledge of database systems like SQL Server, Dataverse, or other relational databases.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
- Experience with Microsoft CoPilot and other AI tools.
Certifications:
- Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Developer Associate
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
- Leadership and mentoring experience to guide junior engineers.
Experience:
- Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with compliance and security best practices in Power Platform development.
The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
