Professional Services | Agentforce & Claude Adoption Program

Get in on the ground floor of Claudeforce. We’re recruiting for a special project that brings Claude and Salesforce together, and as a Technical Architect you'll be on the front lines doing some of the very first work in the ecosystem. Guaranteed. You'll lead pods of talented architects and consultants and set the technical standard others will follow. This is your chance to work on the newest, greatest technology from the get-go.

The Technical Architect serves as the technical leader across multiple customer engagements within our Agentforce and Claude adoption program. This individual will guide architecture decisions, assess customer readiness, establish implementation frameworks, and ensure successful deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud and AI-driven capabilities across multiple customer pods.

This role is highly hands-on and requires a practitioner who can actively configure, prototype, troubleshoot, and guide implementation teams rather than focusing solely on documentation and governance.

How Engagements Run

Each customer engagement runs as a fixed 12-week sprint. Weeks 0–2 focus on assessment and readiness: the customer’s org, security, data, users and permissions, and which AI workflows to prioritize. Weeks 3–5 are build and validate. Weeks 5–12 drive adoption and optimization. This isn’t a traditional waterfall project. Expect to prototype fast, show the customer something working, and iterate. Success is measured by user adoption and platform consumption. The customer pipeline is deep and growing, so there’s plenty of work to go around. When one engagement wraps, you roll right onto the next. Location is flexible, but you need to be available during your customer’s business hours.

Responsibilities
  • Lead technical discovery, solution assessment, and implementation planning activities for customer engagements.
  • Evaluate Salesforce orgs, security models, data readiness, permissions, and workflow structures.
  • Define technical approaches for Agentforce, Claude, and Salesforce skill deployment.
  • Oversee multiple implementation pods and provide technical leadership across customer accounts, typically 2–3 concurrent engagements.
  • Create repeatable delivery methodologies, templates, and best practices that can scale across many customers.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to build reusable templates and refine delivery processes.
  • Support rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development to demonstrate capabilities to customers.
  • Mentor Solutions Architects and Lead Business Consultants throughout implementation.
  • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce platform standards and customer business objectives.
  • Assist with adoption planning and operational readiness activities.
  • Lead architecture discussions, technical design sessions, and client workshops.
  • Design integrations between Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Claude, and external systems using APIs, Platform Events, CDC, MuleSoft, and related technologies.
  • Define data models, migration strategies, and ETL processes that prepare customer data for AI-driven capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to security best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to client stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • Extensive experience leading Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, user management, data architecture, and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Agentforce, AI-enabled Salesforce solutions, or emerging GenAI technologies.
  • Ability to work directly with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong hands-on configuration and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in APIs, integrations, and solution architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of integration architecture, event-driven design, and middleware platforms.
  • Experience with data migration, governance, and enterprise data strategies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both executive and technical audiences.
  • Understanding of AI governance, limitations, and ethical considerations.
  • Claude Foundations/Associate certification. If you don’t have it yet but are interested and confident you can earn it quickly, we’ll train you and pay for your certification before you start client work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent certifications.
  • Experience with Revenue Cloud or Service Cloud.
  • Claude Foundations/Associate certification already completed.
  • Professional Services consulting experience.

What We’re Looking For

Technical depth gets you in the door. Beyond that, we’re hiring for four qualities together, not any one in isolation: humble, hungry, smart, and excited about AI.

  • Humble: a team player first. You teach as readily as you learn, and you don’t need to be the smartest person in the room to add value.
  • Hungry: genuinely curious and self-driven. You take on a new certification or course because you enjoy it, not because it’s assigned, and you dig into unfamiliar problems until you’ve figured them out.
  • Smart: people-smart. You read a room, enjoy talking with customers, and can hold your own in front of a client audience
  • Excited about AI: you’re already using AI tools to work faster and deliver better outcomes, and you want to keep pushing on that. This is where our SF+ practice is headed, so it’s a practical, non-negotiable skill, not a nice-to-have.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
