About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner & GTM Lead focusing on our US Commercial function here at Trustpilot, you'll be primarily hiring for a variety of mid to senior-level positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and members of the Commercial Leadership team to deliver pivotal hires that drive significant revenue growth.

Beyond managing the full recruitment cycle and building strategic relationships, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of top talent across the US region. This hybrid role combines high-touch, hands-on recruiting delivery with strategic market expertise to shape and execute our regional Go-to-Market (GTM) talent strategy. 

You'll be the expert on US talent, translating deep market knowledge into actionable hiring strategies that ensure we attract and secure the best candidates.

What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to Senior Commercial Leaders on all talent acquisition matters, including talent landscape, market compensation, and best-in-class hiring practices.
  • Develop and implement highly effective talent strategies to source, recruit, and hire exceptional candidates that drive revenue growth within the function.
  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting for complex roles, ensuring a high-quality, insight-led process from initial brief to offer negotiation and closing.
  • Participate in cross-functional TA projects designed to improve efficiency, scale our operations, and enhance our overall hiring function
  • Combine hands-on delivery with market intelligence, ensuring that our talent attraction and sourcing campaigns are tailored to and reflect local US market realities and talent pools.
  • Partner with the TA Manager to design targeted sourcing campaigns, specifically for the US landscape, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Proactively build regional talent communities of passive and active candidates and actively work to strengthen the company's regional presence as an employer of choice within the US.

Who you are

  • Significant in-house experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, with a specific focus on Commercial vacancies within a fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of the US  landscape, including experience hiring complex Commercial mid to senior-level roles.
  • Proven track record of success in advising and influencing senior leaders on talent strategy and market dynamics within the US.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience in leveraging market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
  • Ability to develop and execute multi-state or national sourcing strategies to target talent across the US.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience leading or significantly participating in TA-related projects (e.g., implementing a new ATS module, designing assessment frameworks, or driving a specific diversity hiring initiatives)
  • Demonstrable track record of using data and metrics to inform and optimize sourcing strategies, drive innovation, and measure recruitment success (e.g., source effectiveness, time-to-hire, offer-to-acceptance rate).
