The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People team on a 3-month contract and support global recruitment in our fast-moving, growth-focused SaaS organisation. This role is primarily focused on GTM hiring across Brand & Design and Sales, with some technical hiring across Engineering and Technical Services.

You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to define what great looks like for each role, translating business needs into clear success profiles and high-quality hiring decisions. This means bringing structure and rigour to role scoping, aligning on the capabilities and attributes that will drive performance, and ensuring we consistently match the right talent to the right opportunity, including specialised and niche positions.

We’re looking for someone who can step in quickly and take ownership. You are senior, highly customer-focused, proactive, and exceptionally detail-oriented. You build trusted relationships with hiring managers, communicate clearly, and drive searches forward with clarity and precision, delivering meaningful impact from day one.

🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across primarily GTM roles (Brand & Design, Sales) and selected Technical roles (Engineering,Technical Services)
  • Build strong, trusted partnerships with hiring managers and confidently guide them through structured and effective hiring processes
  • Take ownership of specialised, niche, and hard-to-fill roles with proactive sourcing strategies
  • Conduct thoughtful candidate screenings and provide clear, high-signal insights to hiring managers
  • Deliver a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from first engagement through to offer
  • Manage interview coordination and process flow with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Build and refine job descriptions, interview frameworks, and assessment materials
  • Maintain accurate reporting and high data integrity within ATS systems ( we use Greenhouse here)
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences across all functions

  • Senior SaaS Recruitment Experience: You have proven experience recruiting across GTM functions and are comfortable taking the lead on complex or specialised searches and work autonomously.
  • Highly Customer-Focused: You see hiring managers and candidates as customers. You build trust quickly, manage expectations clearly, and create a high-quality experience at every stage of the process.
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail: You are meticulous in your execution. Scheduling, communication, documentation, and reporting are handled with care and accuracy, nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: You are a clear, concise, and proactive communicator who can confidently guide senior leaders, surface risks early, and maintain alignment throughout the hiring journey.
  • Proactive & Self-Directed: You’re able to anticipate needs, solve problems, and improve processes while delivering results.
  • Creative Sourcing Capability: You are highly skilled at leveraging LinkedIn, referrals, online communities, and other sourcing channels to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
  • Tools & Systems: You have experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and a high standard for data accuracy and reporting.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: You are comfortable operating in a scaling, evolving environment.
