Circle is building the world’s leading all-in-one platform for online communities. We make it possible for creators, coaches, educators, and businesses to bring together their audience with engaging discussions, live streams, events, chat, courses, and payments — all in one place, all under their own brand.
We’re proud to be a fully remote company of around 200 (and growing!) team members from 30+ countries around the world. We seek exceptional individuals around the world, set them up to do the best work of their lives, and in turn, create a meaningful impact in their own lives. We don't track hours, but we do manage for high expectations very closely. We collaborate across time zones, are highly async, and like to document a lot.
Twice a year, we bring the whole company together in beautiful places around the world for our company offsites. So far, we’ve hosted offsites in Turkey, Portugal, Mexico, Thailand, Colombia, Italy, Ireland, and more, with still more to come!

Circle is growing! We’ve been fortunate to have outstanding growth over the past number of years, with no signs of slowing down. As we continue to smash our goals, and define new ones, we’re raising the bar on the quality of talent needed to take Circle to the next level.
In the past, we have been able to rely largely on an tiny team and an inbound motion for finding talent, but as number of open roles expands, and we shift to more an outbound sourcing strategy, we’re needing to expand our talent team with new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help level-up our strategy, processes, capabilities, and bandwidth.
We are looking for a full-cycle Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (reporting to Circle’s Head of People) whose background is heavily rooted in the tech/SaaS space. The ideal candidate has come up through sourcing roles, and knows the best practices, hacks, tools, play books, and everything that goes into to finding and connecting with the best talent.
What you’ll be doing- Own talent sourcing full-cycle —That means sourcing candidates (outbound, inbound), screening, coordinating, nurturing, pipeline management, send feedback and rejections, and whatever else is required across any and all of Circle’s open job roles.
- Be a partner to hiring managers and assist them in designing and refining job descriptions and interview plans, and helping guide them through the hiring decision process.
- Identify channels and tools needed to effectively source the right type of candidates, including where we should represent our talent brand.
- Proactively engage with prospects with customized approaches that yield a high rate of responses/success.
- Help develop a process and cadence around sourcing, including building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support talent branding across various platforms and job boards.
- Actively manage leads and candidates inside our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse ATS.
- Help measure success of our sourcing efforts —Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive leads who turn into candidates, get invited to interviews, get offers and ultimately get hired.
- Communicate with leads and candidates directly, including cold outreach, candidate follow-ups, feedback and rejections.
- Support screening candidates, conducting first-stage interviews to see if they are a fit for the job, and for Circle.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews —we don’t have any recruiting coordinators at Circle (yet!), so you will be very high-touch with every role you support, and every candidate that comes into those roles.
- Strong alignment with our values. Find our values on our career page if you haven’t read it yet.
- You are proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in full-cycle global recruiting under your belt.
- You’re passionate about recruiting, talent branding, and the candidate experience —This is a career path you’re excited to be on and continue growing in.
- You are proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing tools.
- You have a strong ability to prospect new candidates through networking.
- You are able to strategize outbound recruiting efforts to nurture more passive candidates.
- You are outgoing, engaging, and easy to connect with —You have the ability to strike up a meaningful conversation with a total stranger.
- You are highly organized, and focus on accuracy over speed.
- You notice the details —What makes or breaks the ideal candidate is sometimes in the subtlest of details.
- You are open to wearing multiple hats, working with ambiguity, and always up for trying new things.
- Changes on the fly don’t bother you —You prefer to stay nimble and flexible, and can roll with the punches.
- You prefer to give & take —Recruiting is a team sport, and you feel you always have something to learn, and always something to teach.
- You've used AI tools for sourcing and across the TA function.
- You have experience recruiting for senior-level roles (eg. Director-level and up, including executive).
- You have hands-on experience with Greenhouse.
- You have startup experience.
- You’ve worked in a fully remote team/company.
