Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment for global technical requisitions. The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in sourcing, evaluating, and securing top-tier technical talent across diverse regions. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in international recruitment practices, technical hiring trends, and a strong ability to partner with senior stakeholders to meet complex hiring needs across various time zones.
*This is a contract position, with the possibility of permanent hire to be reviewed after 1 year of service based on business need and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process from job requisition through to preboarding, with a focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring high-caliber technical talent globally.

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified technical candidates. Leverage multiple channels including technical job boards, coding competitions, networking, and talent communities.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to define technical skill requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Offer regular, transparent updates and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.

Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by providing clear communication, timely feedback, and a seamless interview process, from initial contact through to offer stage.

Global Recruitment Expertise: Stay ahead of global recruitment trends and regulations across multiple regions. Adapt recruitment strategies to align with the unique demands of local markets while ensuring a consistent and compliant process globally.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize recruitment analytics and metrics to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data to optimize the talent acquisition process.

Employer Branding: Champion the company’s employer brand, ensuring it resonates with top technical talent globally and reflects the company’s core values and mission.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure full compliance with local, regional, and international labor laws and employment regulations. Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically with a focus on technical roles in a global or multinational environment.

Extensive experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for complex technical roles, including software engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure positions.

Expert knowledge of global recruitment practices, labor laws, and employment regulations, particularly in the tech sector.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and technical sourcing tools. (Workday, LinkedIn)

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies.

High level of cultural awareness and sensitivity, ensuring an inclusive and globally compliant hiring process.
The targeted hiring pay range for this position is between $87,000 and $116,000. The actual pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws.
