Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People team. This role is responsible for end to end coordination across scheduling, communication, systems, and interview logistics for multiple recruiters and hiring managers. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in building and maintaining coordination workflows, documentation, and operational structure that supports an efficient Talent Acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and drive coordination focused projects that establish best practices, tools, and workflows across the coordination team
- Own complex scheduling and coordination efforts for the Talent Acquisition team, refining interview workflows to improve efficiency, alignment, and consistency
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple locations and time zones, supporting multiple recruiters and hiring managers by managing calendars, logistics, communication, and follow through
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates for scheduling and logistics related communication, including timely updates and confirmations
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure workflow stages are current and audit ready
- Generate and maintain trackers, dashboards, and weekly or ad hoc reports related to scheduling volume, interview activity, and process timelines
- Post approved roles to job boards, websites, and internal systems and monitor postings for accuracy
- Prepare offer letters, assist with start dates, and support onboarding coordination as needed
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with administrative needs, documentation, and process consistency
- Ensure every interaction reflects a professional, organized, and high touch experience
- Support additional coordination needs as requested
Required Qualifications and Key Competencies
- Three or more years of experience in high volume coordination or recruiting coordination
- Subject matter expertise using Notion to own documentation, coordination workflows, and project execution resources supporting Talent Acquisition operations and new initiatives
- Proven success scheduling across multiple calendars, stakeholders, and time zones
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, with preferred experience in Greenhouse
- Strong organizational and time management skills with consistent follow through
- Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple channels, including email, messaging platforms, and video
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
- Comfortable working in fast paced environments where priorities will consistently shift
- Proficiency with productivity software, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, and experience with communication and collaboration tools

New Hire Base Salary Range
- $80,000 - $90,000
- Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
- The compensation offered will take into account internal compensation structure and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
