Duties include, but are not limited to: 
  • Deliver niche talent to hiring managers aligned to a high-performance culture at a fast pace.
  • Ensure compliance to our hiring process and that we our providing an exceptional candidate experience. 
  • Partner with hiring managers and provided guidance on best practices. 
  • Utilize analytics to understand and communicate your performance. 
 Minimum Requirements: 
  • Must be a U.S. citizen. 
  • Requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of direct, corporate recruiting experience working directly with Executive leaders.
  • 5+ years of experience in all full life-cycle recruiting components to include, but not limited to: workforce planning, sourcing, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, OFCCP compliance, job analysis, salary trend analysis, and pipeline and relationship management. 
  • Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally 
 Desired Qualifications: 
  • Experience thriving in a performance driven culture.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills. 
  • Possesses strong oral/written communication skills. 
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and works well under tight deadlines. 
  • Knowledge of and past experience implementing advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent (i.e. complex Boolean strings in Google, Chrome extensions, etc). 
 

Pay Transparency: In support of pay transparency at Vantor, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings.  The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.

● The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $83,000.00 - $138,000.00 annually. 

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.

Additionally, this position is incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and/or individual results achieved; the specific incentive plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions.
