CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our HR Systems team. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our critical HR systems landscape including but not limited to Workday, Greenhouse, Rippling, Lattice, CultureAmp. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and understanding of HR processes to ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our HR technology solutions, supporting our global workforce. You will be a trusted advisor, collaborating with HR, finance, payroll stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and configure HR systems and applications, including HCM (Human Capital Management), Payroll, Talent Management, Learning Management, and other related platforms.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to drive system enhancements and process automation.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Manage Workday security roles, user permissions, and compliance configurations.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needs.
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations.
  • Lead Workday system upgrades, testing, and release management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues, working with internal teams and Workday support.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on Workday enhancements, trends, and best practices to optimize system performance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday, Greenhouse and other HR systems experience, with deep expertise in one or more modules (HCM, Advanced Compensation, Absence, BenefitsPayroll, Finance, Recruiting, etc.).
  • Workday certifications in relevant modules are strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security, reporting, integrations, and business process configuration.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Calculated Fields, and BIRT reporting is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead Workday implementations, enhancements, and optimizations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in SOX compliance, HRIS governance, and system security is a plus.
  • Experience with automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $150,000-$180,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
