We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to support our Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partnerships and joint OEM initiatives. This role bridges deep technical expertise with partner enablement, ensuring that VAST’s platform is successfully embedded into GSI-led solutions and services. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on engineering knowledge with the ability to articulate value, influence technical decision-makers, and enable repeatable joint solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for GSI OEM partnerships, driving solution architecture, validation, and integration of VAST’s platform into GSI offerings.
  • Collaborate with GSI partner engineering teams to co-design, test, and certify joint solutions across cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise infrastructure use cases.
  • Develop technical collateral, reference architectures, and enablement materials to support joint solution adoption globally.
  • Support field enablement and joint sales motions by delivering technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and executive-level presentations.
  • Act as the voice of the partner to VAST’s Product and Engineering teams, ensuring feedback informs roadmap and solution alignment.
  • Represent VAST at partner and industry events, showcasing technical expertise and joint innovation.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent role in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or data management.
  • Deep knowledge of storage, compute, and networking architectures; experience with AI/ML workloads is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of working with or within GSIs (Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, etc.) on solution development or OEM partnerships.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and partner-facing skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
