About the Role

Are you passionate about optimizing Financial Systems and navigating complex global finance & accounting requirements to deliver exceptional service quality? We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Financial Systems Analyst which will play a critical role in the analysis, design, and implementation of Miro's Financial Systems and processes.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Accounting, Finance, IT, Operations) to ensure that our Financial Systems meet the evolving needs of the business. This role is open to address the growing complexity and scale of our financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting strategic business initiatives.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze and document business requirements (BRD) for Financial Systems and processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement enhancements to Financial Systems to support business needs and regulatory compliance
  • Provide strong functional expertise in financial/accounting processes, including Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Order to Cash (O2C) in multi-subsidiary and multi-currency environments, with a heavy focus on O2C
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for financial systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials
  • Lead and participate in system integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between Financial Systems and other business applications
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across all levels and cross functional departments by developing best in class solutions to functional challenges

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Systems analysis or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and its implications in NetSuite OneWorld ERP and proven experience with NetSuite ARM and Billing
  • Desired experience in understanding and implementing enterprise billing tools built for scale with integrations to Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Proficiency working with other SaaS Financial Systems and integrations (Salesforce, Zip, Stripe, Navan, Monto, Floqast, Pigment preferred)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
