Senior Systems Administrator

As MECCA continues to evolve and strengthen our enterprise technology landscape, we’re excited to invite a Senior System Administrator to join our Core Systems team based at our Support Centre in Richmond, Victoria. This role plays a critical part in supporting and optimising MECCA’s SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment, ensuring system stability, security and performance as we move through implementation, hypercare and beyond. 

The Role You Could Play 

Reporting to the Core Systems Lead – Application Services, you will be the operational custodian of MECCA’s ERP platform, supporting day-to-day administration and governance of SAP S/4HANA Cloud. In this role, you will: 

• Administer and configure SAP S/4HANA Cloud to ensure system stability, performance and security 

• Manage user roles, access and security in line with governance and compliance standards 

• Coordinate system updates, releases and regression testing with SAP and support partners 

• Monitor system performance, interfaces and scheduled jobs, proactively resolving issues 

• Provide advanced application support and contribute to continuous system improvement 

What You Will Bring 

• 4+ years’ experience in ERP administration or support (SAP or equivalent enterprise platform) in a retail environment 

• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP ECC environments 

• Experience with user and role administration, system configuration, and environment management 

• Solid knowledge of change and release management processes 

• Proficiency in system monitoring tools and basic troubleshooting 

• Strong documentation and communication skills
