We’re looking for a hands-on, security-savvy professional who thrives on owning end-to-end infrastructure, automating processes, and leading transformative IT projects that make a real impact.

• Deploy, manage, and support Azure infrastructure, including Virtual Machines, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), networking, and storage.

• Administer Microsoft 365 services, such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and related security policies.

• Manage Active Directory (on-premises and Azure Entra ID), including identity lifecycle management, group policies, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

• Provide support and maintenance for business-critical applications, such as ProSeries or similar financial/tax/accounting systems.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts for user provisioning, system monitoring, and task optimization.

• Implement and manage infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools, including Azure Monitor and Sentinel.

• Ensure compliance with security best practices, collaborating with the security team to enforce policies.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including knowledge bases, infrastructure diagrams, and incident response playbooks.

• Lead IT projects, such as ProSeries migration, Azure enhancements, or VDI expansion.

• Mentor junior support staff and IT associates to enhance overall IT capabilities.

• 5–7 years of experience in system administration within hybrid cloud environments.

• Proven expertise in:

  • Azure IaaS/PaaS, networking, and VDI.

  • Microsoft 365 suite administration.

  • Active Directory and Azure Entra ID for identity and access management.

  • Supporting business-critical financial or tax software.

• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation.

• Solid understanding of networking concepts (firewall, VPN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP).

• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, such as Terraform or ARM templates.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.

• Experience in compliance-heavy industries, such as financial services, accounting, or legal.

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial or tax environments.

• Proactive, preventative-maintenance mindset, focused on avoiding system failures.

• Ownership mentality with adaptability to thrive in entrepreneurial, high-growth settings.

• Commitment to documentation and process discipline.

• Collaborative spirit, eager to mentor and work across teams, including AI/ML, CRM, security, and cloud groups.

Compensation: Up to $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
