As a Senior Supply Chain Product Strategist, you will define and lead the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and integrate AI capabilities into supply chain solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities :
- Vision and Strategy :
- Roadmap Definition & Leadership: Define, prioritize, and oversee the supply chain product roadmap to align with market needs and customer pain points.
- Application Development: Lead the creation of cutting-edge supply chain applications with a focus on enabling strategic planning across different use cases.
- AI Integration: Work closely with the AI product team to seamlessly incorporate AI capabilities into our supply chain solutions, providing clients with advanced automation, scenario analysis, and forecasting capabilities.
- Market Insights & Competition: Gather and analyze customers feedbacks, industry trends, and competitive data to drive product innovation and ensure Pigment's supply chain offerings are best-in-class.
- Collaboration and Support with the GTM Team
- Sales and Implementation Support: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure our products meet client needs and drive successful outcomes during the sales cycle and implementations.
- Enablement: enable GTM teams on the Vision and Strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Be the bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure go-to-market strategies are effectively planned and executed.
Who You Are:
- Must have :
- Supply Chain : You have 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning Management.
- Implementation : Proven track record of successfully implementing Supply Chain Planning software as a Solution Architect (or a similar role).
- Ideally :
- Product : You understand both product development and client needs, and you thrive in environments where product and customer needs intersect.
- Soft skills required:
- Innovative Thinker: You have a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems and you are excited about the potential of AI to reshape the supply chain landscape.
- Collaborative Leader: Strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams, driving alignment between stakeholders.
