Snapdocs is looking for a Senior Strategy & Product Marketing Manager to help accelerate the growth of the business. You will have the opportunity to grow Snapdocs’ many products across digital closings, settlement/title & notary solutions as well as new product features coming to market. This is a strategic, high-impact marketing role that will ensure every GTM team knows how to sell our products with the right nuance and knows our product inside and out. This role will also focus on building robust GTM strategies for new products developed and ensure everyone internally is aligned with the vision, purpose and launch plan. 

What you’ll do:

  • Perform research, both qualitative and quantitative, to better understand our competitive landscape in terms of offerings, roadmaps, strategy, messaging, and go to market strategies
  • Develop and maintain a coherent brand narrative that will propagate to all the work completed by the various teams, including GTM strategies, messaging & positioning, and demand gen campaigns
  • Work closely with our GTM teams to develop distinct customer segments for our lender and settlement/title products with differentiated messaging, positioning, and collateral for each segment
  • Work closely with our customer success team to drive adoption among existing customers, helping to build content and collateral that drives adoption and overall satisfaction
  • Work closely with the product team to ideate, validate, construct the full GTM strategy, and launch new products and features to market - capturing net new customers and driving adoption with our existing base
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop third party market research and white papers to better support our positioning in the market 
  • Develop new product packages for relevant customer segments and personas in order to increase win rates or net new customers
  • In conjunction with the demand generation team, formulate and execute campaigns to drive feature adoption, active users and revenue growth


You’re a good fit if you have: 


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company or management consulting
  • Proven track record of launching products and features to market
  • Extensive storytelling experience and proficiency in writing
  • Experience building collateral for every stage of the sales process
  • Proven experience with pricing strategy development and analysis
  • A blend of creativity and analytical thinking skills
  • Experience creating sales tools such as competitive battlecards
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • Ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into understandable values/benefits
  • Complex, cross-functional project/program management experience
  • Experience with positioning and marketing products in complex industries, such as finance or healthcare
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or real estate is a bonus

If you are located in the SF Bay Area, NYC, or Seattle Metro area, the salary range for this role is $148,000.00 - $222,000.00. For all other locations, the range is $126,000.00 - $189,000.00. Starting salaries target the bottom and midpoint of the range, and individual pay is based on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications.
