Position Purpose: As part of Fidelis Care, a subsidiary of Centene, the Senior Strategic Planning Analyst manages projects, performs quantitative analyses, and generates reports to support the company's strategic planning and project implementation process; analyzes market information and intelligence and recommends strategies and tactics to take advantage of business opportunities.
*Note: Candidates that reside in the greater New York/Tri-State area highly preferred as there will be in-person meetings in one of our New York offices.
Essential Duties

Performs quantitative analyses, and generates reports to support the company's strategic planning and project implementation process.

Analyzes data and recommends strategies and tactics to take advantage of business opportunities.

Partners with business leaders to drive ideation, validation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of various quality and healthcare affordability initiatives (QAIs).

Supports overall quality and healthcare affordability process (QAI) by regularly sharing standardized reporting and providing support throughout execution with timely and accurate analytics.

Analyze proposed product and service development programs to develop implementation plans; utilize automation and electronic data management tools to share information and monitor project status.
Education/Experience:

MA/MS - Masters Degree or equivalent required. MBA - Masters of Business Administration or equivalent preferred.

2-5 years related experience required. 5-8 years related experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of SQL.

Understanding of Government Programs Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare programs. Ability to compare and contrast Fidelis Care New York to competitors.

Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Skilled to communicate with all levels of management, internal and external customers.

Ability to work with all levels of staff in order to gather data and discuss business plan results. Skilled in communicating with technical and business constituencies in writing effective business specifications and requirements.

Experience in developing financial and feasibility plans and strategies for new products and lines of business.

Experience in quantitative and qualitative techniques of conducting research of industry and individual competitors.
Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
