Job description:

 

Consultant shall monitor Federal and State agencies such as the Federal Highways Administration, Federal Transit Administration, Federal Rail Administration, the CTC, the California State Transportation Agency.

 

Demonstrable experience in management consulting, strategic planning, or a highly regulated industry.Skills: Advanced data analysis, executive-level presentation skills, risk assessment.
