About This Role

Dutchie is looking for a Senior Go-to-Market Finance Analyst to serve as the primary finance partner to our Revenue organization.

You’ll work alongside Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and executive leadership to evaluate investments, improve forecasting accuracy, measure commercial performance, and influence how we grow.

This is far more than pipeline reporting. You’ll help shape pricing strategies, investment decisions, sales capacity planning, and the financial architecture behind one of the most dynamic GTM motions in SaaS.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Serve as the embedded finance partner for our Go-to-Market organization.
  • Partner with Revenue leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, headcount investments, pricing decisions, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide financial guidance that influences how Dutchie acquires, expands, and retains customers.

Commercial Planning & Analytics

  • Build forecasting models across bookings, ARR, revenue, pipeline, customer cohorts, and sales productivity.
  • Analyze performance across customer segments, products, territories, and revenue motions.
  • Evaluate sales efficiency, marketing investment, customer acquisition economics, and unit economics.
  • Develop scenario analyses that inform resource allocation and investment priorities.

Decision Support

  • Translate complex GTM data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting consistency.
  • Support quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and board-level reporting.

AI & Operational Scale

  • Leverage AI and automation to accelerate financial analysis and improve planning workflows.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify reporting, eliminate manual work, and increase analytical depth.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or GTM finance.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, or Revenue organizations within a SaaS business preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, retention, CAC, LTV, bookings, pipeline, and sales productivity.
  • Exceptional financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities.
  • Ability to influence senior cross-functional leaders through data and thoughtful business partnership.
  • AI-first mindset with experience using modern tools to improve analytical workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.

What You’ll Get

We are targeting a starting salary of $124,000 - $166,000 based on the intended level for this role. In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards package includes:

  • Full medical benefits including dental and vision plans to ensure you always have the best care.
  • Equity packages in the form of stock options to all employees.
  • Technology (hardware, software, reading materials, etc..) allowance
  • Flexible vacation and sick days

At Dutchie, we’re committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability status, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Dutchie believes that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success, and we seek to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
