What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Staff Product Operations Program Manager to optimize and own key functions of our Product and Technology (P&T) operational practices. This high-visibility, high-impact role will interact with cross-functional leaders as well as IC’s across Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to continue delivering on our operational excellence goals.

This role can be based remotely in the US and reports to the Sr. Director of Product and Business Operations.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate closely with leaders across Product Management, Engineering, UX, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to identify operational improvement areas and develop plans that effectively address them.
  • Own and deliver Product Lifecycle process and tooling improvement initiatives that optimize operational effectiveness, scale, and success.
  • Organize and lead key operational rhythm cadences such as QBR’s, Interlocks, and All Hands.
  • Support key business operational processes, such as software capitalization, in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and optimize P&T’s organizational communication framework (meetings, content, etc), ensuring effective communication and alignment across our global teams.
  • Identify unstructured business problems and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to effectively drive solutions across the organization.
  • Support organizational goal development and operating plan activities.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Operations, and/or Program Management for enterprise software companies.
  • 5+ years of experience leading organizational-level process improvements in a SaaS-based product and technology organization. 
  • Strong knowledge of Operational Excellence concepts, and practical experience in executing on programs with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Excellent influencing skills.  Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels that build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome for the business. 
  • Capability to successfully work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations, with a proven track record of making informed decisions and standing firm when necessary to drive project success.
  • Outstanding communication skills appropriate for executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to rally teams behind your execution plan, communicate a clear story of challenges and opportunities, and align teams on program outcomes.
  • Experience driving program planning and execution in an Agile/Scrum based environment, balancing the desire of data driven business outcomes and prioritization-based development outcomes.
  • Strong problem solving skills using data informed decision making.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate. For some locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting process. You can also reach out to the recruiter with any questions.

Base Salary Range
$180,000$220,000 USD
