Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven Smart Manufacturing solutions to improve product yield, quality, test coverage, and system-level performance across Micron's semiconductor operations.
- Partner with Test Solutions Engineering, Product Engineering, Global Quality, and multi-functional collaborators to find opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, Solution Architects, and Data Engineers to define requirements, prioritize solutions, and deliver end-to-end projects.
- Translate business needs into detailed business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
- Develop arguments for proposed solutions, including value quantification, analysis of return on investment and net present value, success metrics, and implementation prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, with equivalent experience also considered.
- Minimum 3 years of semiconductor industry experience, preferably in assembly, test, product engineering, or quality/reliability functions supporting DRAM, NAND, or HBM products.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable specifications for technical development teams.
- Ability to analyze domain-specific data and work with multi-functional teams to identify business and technical solutions.
- Experience managing Agile product development processes, including user stories, sprint planning, backlog management, and project tracking using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor product, probe, assembly, and test manufacturing flows for DRAM, NAND, and HBM technologies.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Smart Manufacturing, or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, machine learning operations, and data flow management concepts.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, or UI mockups to evaluate and communicate business solutions.
