About Us

At SentinelOne, we’re redefining cybersecurity by pushing the limits of what’s possible—leveraging AI-powered, data-driven innovation to stay ahead of tomorrow’s threats.

From building industry-leading products to cultivating an exceptional company culture, our core values guide everything we do. We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to drive impact. If you’re excited about solving complex challenges in bold, innovative ways, we’d love to connect with you.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a Senior Staff Product Owner, Process & Collaboration Tools (Atlassian) to drive the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of process and collaboration tooling across our Product & Technology (P&T) organization.

You will lead initiatives that streamline how teams plan, build, and ship products by leveraging the Atlassian suite (Jira, JSM, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, and related tools). This role blends product management discipline with operational excellence — enabling hundreds of engineers, product managers, and cross-functional partners to work smarter, not harder.

You’ll act as the product owner for P&T’s collaboration ecosystem, shaping the workflows, standards, and integrations that power our ability to scale efficiently.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive the vision and roadmap for the Atlassian ecosystem within the P&T organization, aligning strategy to business and engineering needs.
  • Define and deliver high-impact capabilities that improve predictability, transparency, and velocity across Agile delivery, SDLC, and product lifecycle processes.
  • Partner with Design, Product, Engineering, Security,  IT, Program Management and Operations leaders to identify friction points, design process improvements, and develop tooling that enables teams to focus on innovation.
  • Translate complex process requirements into actionable, prioritized solutions, driving configuration, workflow automation, and integration workstreams.
  • Collaborate with platform administrators and developers to deliver enhancements that balance scalability, governance, and usability.
  • Lead the evaluation and integration of complementary tools, APIs, and plug-ins that extend Atlassian functionality to adjacent platforms (Asana, GitHub, Slack, etc.).
  • Define and track key metrics to measure adoption, performance, and impact; use data to continuously refine tooling strategy and stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as a champion for best practices, standardization, and operational excellence across the Product & Technology organization.
  • Drive enablement and change management efforts — ensuring new tools, workflows, and policies are well-communicated, adopted, and sustained.
  • Stay current on emerging collaboration technologies and AI-driven automation opportunities that can help SentinelOne scale faster and smarter.
What skills and experience should you bring?
  • 12+ years of total workforce experience, with 7+ years of experience in product management/ownership for enterprise tooling, including at least 3 years in a senior-level or lead capacity.
  • Deep hands-on experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Atlassian Analytics, Assets).
  • Proven success managing and scaling collaboration tools in a large or hyper-growth technology organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive integrations across platforms (e.g., via APIs, automation frameworks, or third-party tools).
  • Strong grounding in Agile delivery principles, SDLC, and Product Lifecycle methodologies.
  • Track record of leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives that drive measurable efficiency and engagement.
  • Experience building personas, use cases, and success metrics for internal product portfolios.
  • Background in IT processes, engineering standards, or business process development is a plus.
Why us?

You will be joining a cutting-edge company where you will tackle extraordinary challenges and work with the very best in the industry.

  • Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k), Commuter, Health and Dependent FSA
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Industry-leading gender-neutral parental leave
  • Paid Company Holidays

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
