Lead product initiatives to develop and launch new products for community financial institutions by understanding customer needs and collaborating effectively with teams.
Infusion turns messy bank | credit union data into profitable action for 3,000+ community financial institutions. - Build with your pod. Lead a tight PM-Design-Engineering squad in 0-1 efforts; demo weekly, ship often
- Race to market. Deliver MVP inside nine months - no corporate molasses.
- Experiment on value. Treat pricing & packaging like any other hypothesis: test, measure, repeat.
- Keep score. Define success metrics that speak CFO, not just PM.
