About the role
We are looking for someone who has a passion for HR technology, and is well-versed across different HR tools and platforms. We want someone who can play that techno-functional role, someone who can bring together the world of the functional with the technical. We need someone who has a strong understanding of the functions across the people team and how technology can support them.
You should have experience implementing and managing many different types of HR technologies (HRIS, talent management, learning, recruiting, etc). You should have a proven track record with partnering across all corporate teams, including IT, security and compliance to successfully deliver and manage HR systems.
What you'll do
Systems Strategy & Architecture
- Develop and drive a scalable strategy to optimize how third-party HR technologies support our global workforce.
- Architect, design, and configure complex HR system solutions to automate HR processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the user experience, ensuring long-term viability.
Project Delivery
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex global HR systems projects — scoping, design, configuration, integrations, testing, cutover and post‑go‑live support.
- Comfortable driving change plans to ensure adoption and successful delivery.
Collaboration & Influence
- Working closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Deconstruct very large, significantly complex efforts into straightforward implementation strategies.
- Help peers and partners design solutions to problems and understand trade-offs.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Leverage deep expertise and professional networks to proactively identify and propose innovative solutions and new functionalities within the HR technology landscape.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in HR technology and best practices.
Data Stewardship
- Help drive data quality and standards across our HR technology landscape.
What You'll Need:
- Typically 12+ years of experience managing HR systems, with progressive responsibility in architecture, delivery, and governance.
- Proven track record with multiple core HR platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, etc) and related technologies (talent management, recruiting, learning, engagement).
- Demonstrated expertise in system integrations.
- Strong program/project management skills — able to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
- University Degree (advanced degree a plus) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
