Responsibilities
- Partner with Environmental Sustainability leadership and cross-functional collaborators to establish priorities, align sustainability goals with business objectives, and drive continuous improvement across emissions, energy, water, and waste programs.
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of sustainability initiatives by managing program roadmaps, dependencies, achievements, risks, and issue resolution activities.
- Develop and enhance data governance, reporting processes, dashboards, and AI-enabled modeling capabilities to improve the accuracy, visibility, and effectiveness of sustainability performance tracking.
- Facilitate collaboration across global teams, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and alignment while proactively addressing barriers to achieving program objectives.
- Drive effective communication strategies by providing structured updates, sharing guidelines, engaging collaborators, and supporting organizational awareness of sustainability priorities and progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, sustainability, environmental management, or a related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing collaborators across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with experience using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting corporate environmental sustainability programs, including emissions, energy, water, waste, or ESG initiatives.
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting, environmental data management, and performance measurement methodologies.
- Experience developing dashboards, data visualization tools, or AI-enabled analytics solutions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean/Six Sigma, or other relevant program management certification.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, semiconductor, or highly complex operational environment.
- Experience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
