Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Product Management
The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting edge services in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast, our agile sales team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base including retailers, airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, public sector entities, restaurants, consumer goods and telecom companies.
The Identity Solutions organization at Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Manager to help customers and internal users easily visualize and measure the value of our Identity APIs. In this role, you will ensure that reporting products are trusted, actionable, and optimized for performance. You will foster strong cross-functional relationships and be recognized for driving results in complex environments.
The Role:
- Define and execute the roadmap for reporting, analytics, and dashboarding built on top of our identity APIs.
- Partner with engineering and design to create elegant, performant visualizations that make complex data intuitive.
- Go deep into data: understand schema, query logic, and API payloads to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
- Collaborate across internal teams to align data definitions, sources, and business metrics.
- Drive clarity and momentum across multiple stakeholders - even when processes are ambiguous or slow-moving.
- Translate customer and internal partner feedback into actionable product requirements.
- Establish clear success metrics for adoption, engagement, and data accuracy of reporting capabilities.
All About you:
-Product management experience, ideally in data, analytics, or API-driven products.
- Strong analytical and technical fluency - comfortable engaging in discussions around data models, queries, and system design.
- Proven ability to drive outcomes in large or matrixed organizations; persistence and follow-through are essential.
- Experience bringing 0-1 products to life, particularly where data visualization or reporting is core to the user value.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business audiences.

Vancouver, Canada: $89,000 - $142,000 CAD
