Keeper Security is hiring an experienced Senior Specialist, MSP Marketing to develop and execute marketing programs that drive growth through Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago. Periodic travel for partner events, trade shows and internal meetings will be required.

About the Role

The Senior Specialist, MSP Marketing will report to the Senior Manager of Channel Marketing and work closely with our MSP sales team to develop strategies, define programs and execute digital and event-based campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate growth through our MSP channel.

This role is ideal for a self-starter who understands the MSP ecosystem, thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution to partner marketing.

Responsibilities

Partner and Channel Marketing

  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies focused on MSP onboarding, enablement and co-marketing
  • Create and manage joint marketing programs that drive pipeline and business outcomes for MSP partners
  • Lead quarterly marketing planning sessions with top MSP partners
  • Define and execute MSP event strategies, including trade shows, partner conferences and regional activations
  • Manage event logistics, budgets, vendors and post-event lead follow-up in collaboration with sales. Attend events on an as-needed basis

Demand Generation and Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital campaigns to and through MSPs
  • Launch targeted MSP recruitment campaigns to support sales growth objectives
  • Drive co-branded digital and social campaigns that generate leads for MSP partners and their customers
  • Track and report on campaign metrics, including MQLs, pipeline and revenue

Content and Enablement

  • Partner with Product Marketing to create and localize MSP-facing assets, including one-pagers, guides, playbooks and email templates
  • Develop co-branded content and nurture tracks to help MSPs effectively sell Keeper to their end users
  • Support partner communications, newsletters and content syndication programs

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or channel partner marketing (MSP experience required)
  • Proven success marketing to, with and through MSPs in the cybersecurity or SaaS space
  • Strong understanding of partner marketing principles, MDF programs and pipeline attribution
  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce) systems
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • Preferably bilingual in Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese
