Job Summary
The Senior Specialist, Lead Operations and Marketing Data supports Wipfli's pipeline management and marketing data operations by ensuring timely lead processing, accurate CRM data, and reliable reporting. This role works closely with Marketing, Business Development, Growth Intelligence & Insights, IT, and marketing operations resources to support lead routing, qualification, data integrity, and campaign measurement activities. The Senior Specialist serves as a subject matter resource for lead management processes and Microsoft Dynamics 365 while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day lead routing, qualification, and assignment activities to support timely follow-up and pipeline development.
  • Maintain lead and marketing data quality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 through monitoring, validation, and data management activities.
  • Support campaign planning and execution by defining and implementing lead capture, routing, attribution, and tracking requirements.
  • Monitor lead lifecycle performance and provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to improve lead management effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support lead follow-up processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Create and maintain documentation for lead management, marketing data, CRM, and related operational processes.
  • Support testing, implementation, and continuous improvement efforts for CRM enhancements, integrations, and marketing technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate data management and reporting activities with internal and offshore marketing operations resources to support business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing, marketing operations, CRM, lead management, or related experience.
  • Experience working within Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM platform.
  • Strong understanding of lead management, data quality, reporting, and marketing operations best practices.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $66,000 to $89,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
