Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving digital brand engagement through strategic campaign execution across email, organic social media, and content marketing.

This position is responsible for aligning digital efforts with event marketing, managing day-to-day email operations in Klaviyo, and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver compelling, data-driven campaigns. Description:
  • Align digital marketing efforts with event marketing initiatives, leveraging email and social media to maximize reach and engagement
  • Develop and execute digital campaigns to promote events, ensuring messaging is consistent across all touchpoints
  • Own the day-to-day execution of the email marketing program in Klaviyo, including campaign creation, segmentation, A/B testing, scheduling, and performance analysis
  • Ensure seamless integration between email marketing and external systems to optimize automation and personalization strategies
  • Oversee daily operations of organic social media, working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain a cohesive, engaging brand presence across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and implement content strategies for video, leveraging hindsight data and competitor insights to optimize performance across social, website, and paid media
  • Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to craft compelling copies and visuals that drive engagement and brand storytelling
  • Maintain and optimize digital marketing systems, collaborating on the scoping and implementation of new marketing technologies
  • Craft engaging copy for social media, ads, email, website, blog, and other content channels to support brand initiatives and drive engagement
  • Leverage data from email and social platforms to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and refine channel

Key Qualifications
  • 4 - 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email, social media, and analytics
  • 3 or more years of experience in campaign implementation across multiple marketing channels
  • Deep understanding of luxury buying behavior and expectations in digital experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, communications, psychology, or business
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,

GA4, SEMrush, etc.

  • Experience with Klaviyo, Braze, Listrak, or similar email service provider (ESP) platforms, including creating, managing, and optimizing email campaigns and audience engagement strategies
Physical Requirements
  • Operate in a professional office environment
  • Moderate noise i.e. business office with computers, phone, printers and light traffic
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer
  • Close vision requirements due to computer work
  • Ability to see various shades of color
Pay & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $90,000-$120,000 per year
