Job DescriptionThe Senior Audience Engagement Specialist will lead the marketing and communications efforts for The WNET Group’s arts and culture platform ALL ARTS, and its original content. If you’re a creative, curious and meticulous marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant, hands-on work experience, this is your chance to build community and engage diverse audiences in inspiring arts & culture content on behalf of a leading public media producer and community-supported nonprofit institution.
The Senior Audience Engagement Specialist will report to the Director of Audience Engagement and work closely with the ALL ARTS team (leadership, production, social media, web) to develop, execute and optimize data-driven multiplatform marketing campaigns for ALL ARTS and its programming with measurable KPIs for driving brand awareness and viewership as well as increasing audience engagement. You’ll take the lead in identifying target audiences; creating messaging; and planning, managing and supporting all engagement efforts.
Specific responsibilities include:
Work closely with ALL ARTS leadership, production and programming to identify program priorities, define goals, and support efforts to develop and maintain new audiences and engage and retain existing audiences.
Direct the strategy and budget for digital advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and to drive viewership and grow digital platforms for the brand and for “pillar programming (e.g., Museum Club, Ballerina Book Club). Campaigns will be managed across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Reddit, newsletters and digital banners, as budget and strategy dictate.
Partner with digital advertising agency to plan, launch, optimize and monitor campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the ALL ARTS team to maximize creator-led content partnerships.
Assess and analyze campaigns and generate reporting on audience insights and performance against KPIs. Clearly communicate campaign results and insights to ALL ARTS leadership, production and peers to drive collaboration, achieve goals, and improve outcomes.

Qualified candidates will have the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for the creative and production teams. Other qualifications include:
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the media, arts, or entertainment sectors.
Proven track record of managing digital ad budgets across Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics, platform native insights, and social listening tools.

The WNET Group offers competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and a supportive working environment. Salary ranges are based on benchmarked nonprofit and industry related data provided by an outside consulting firm and are commensurate with skills and experience. The compensation range for this position is $68,000 - $72,000. Internal equity considerations will be reviewed before making a final offer.
