The Role: Senior Solutions Architect

This is a high-impact, client-facing role that requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strategic consulting skills, and strong problem-solving ability. The Senior Solutions Architect will be responsible for designing and optimizing cloud solutions, leading transformations, and owning technical delivery for our clients.This role is ideal for a proactive, self-directed leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can navigate ambiguity, and is comfortable challenging stakeholders to drive the right outcomes.

 

You will be responsible for:

- Architecting cloud solutions that balance performance, security, and cost-efficiency. Engaging with clients & C-level executives to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Driving transformation initiatives from cloud migrations to long-term cloud optimization strategies.
- Owning cloud infrastructure & operations defining best practices, governance, and automation. 
- Solving complex problems that others may not even recognize, ensuring scalable & sustainable solutions. 
- Leading technical teams while collaborating with business stakeholders to drive measurable impact

This is a fully remote role based anywhere in the Americas, working flexible hours within USA time zones. We can only consider candidates with a very high level of spoken and written English.

- Technical Leadership (Guiding engineering teams, defining best practices)
- Software Development (2+ years of production-quality coding)
- Complex Transformations (Cloud migrations, governance, multi-year execution)

Consulting & Business Acumen

- Client-Facing Experience (Engaging with C-level and technical stakeholders)
- Solution Design & Pre-Sales (Planning, estimates, and execution)
- Stakeholder Management (Aligning technical and non-technical teams)
- Strategic Thinking (Translating business goals into technical roadmaps)
