Senior Solutions Architect:


Job Duties:

  • Design and develop enterprise data protection, backup, and disaster recovery solutions for customer environments.
  • Architect and support hybrid and cloud-based systems by integrating on-premises infrastructure with public cloud platforms.
  • Analyze customer technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure system architectures.
  •  Design and implement solutions that ensure data availability, system resiliency, and recovery in the event of system failures or cyber incidents. Integrate data protection solutions with virtualization, storage, and application platforms to ensure reliable system operation.
  • Perform technical analysis, system sizing, and performance evaluations to optimize infrastructure and data management solutions.
  • Develop and use automation, scripting, and reporting tools to support system configuration, monitoring, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to review system designs, validate technical solutions, and provide technical guidance.

Requirements:

  • Master's or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of progressive experience in the job offered or as an engineer, programmer, architect, or analyst. 
  • Additionally, all candidates must possess 2 years’ experience using AWS, Azure, VMware vSphere, Nutanix, and Microsoft Hyper-V. 

Position is based out of 1 Commvault Way, Tinton Falls, NJ 07724 and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Remote work permitted from anywhere in the US.  Occasional travel to clients’ or project sites may be required. Rate of Pay: $150,550.00/year.  Benefits Include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), ESPP, bonus & RSU.
