About the Role:
The Senior Solutions Architect will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and internal stakeholders, shaping security solutions that align Cyderes’ MDR and Managed Security Services portfolio with client needs. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to design architectures, present solutions, and ensure a seamless transition from presales through implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand security posture, requirements, and architectural landscape.
- Design and articulate MDR, MSS, SIEM, SOAR, and automation-focused security architectures tailored to customer environments.
- Develop solution proposals, architecture diagrams, scopes of work, and technical documentation.
- Provide expert-level guidance on endpoint security, log management, threat detection, cloud security, and incident response integration.
- Partner with Sales to deliver compelling demos, presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and technical validations (POCs/POTs).
- Collaborate with Cyderes Delivery and Engineering teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with service capabilities.
- Stay up to date with threat trends, security technologies, and competitive offerings; provide feedback to Product and Service Management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert at customer meetings, industry events, and internal training sessions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, presales engineering, or security operations.
- Deep expertise in MDR, MSS, SIEM, SOC operations, threat detection, and incident response practices.
- Strong understanding of EDR/XDR platforms, log analytics, cloud security tools (AWS, Azure, GCP), and security automation.
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise security solutions and delivering client-facing technical presentations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex security concepts into business-focused outcomes.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Chronicle, Azure Sentinel, Splunk, Exabeam, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or similar.
- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CCSP, GIAC, AWS/Azure security certifications, or vendor-specific technical credentials.
- Experience in a managed services or consulting environment.
