As part of STEP – Global Digital Transformation Program, we are seeking a results-oriented and self-motivated Senior Solution Analyst – SAP TM & EWM to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of TM and EWM solutions. This role will play a key part in delivering global digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration across business processes, systems, and stakeholders while driving operational excellence across the supply chain network.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA TM and EWM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Supply Chain leadership, and cross-functional teams to capture, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for global deployments.

• Design and implement scalable TM and EWM solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives, system architecture, and digital transformation strategies.

• Manage and support integrations between SAP TM/EWM and related systems, including SAP ECC/S4 modules, external TMS platforms, automated warehouse solutions, 3PL providers, and transportation carriers.

• Facilitate workshops, design review sessions, and stakeholder meetings to validate business requirements and proposed solutions.

• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test scenarios and scripts, manage issue resolution, and ensure successful business validation.

• Provide ongoing support, guidance, user training, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure effective adoption of implemented solutions.

• Collaborate with external IT partners, developers, architects, and validation teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines and budget.

KPI: Ensure SAP TM and EWM solutions are delivered within agreed timelines, budget, scope, and quality standards while supporting business strategy and operational objectives.

What You'll Bring to the Role

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementations with strong end-to-end project delivery exposure.

• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain business processes, preferably within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries.

• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA TM and SAP S/4HANA EWM configuration, solution design, and deployment activities.

• Experience with SAP cross-functional integrations, including SD-LE, GTS, EM, FICO, MM, WM, PP, QM, CRM, Salesforce, CPI, Azure PI, BTP, and Logistics Business Network (LBN).

• Hands-on experience managing EDI integrations with carriers, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and automated warehouse systems.

• Strong stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a global matrix organization.

• Experience working within Agile, DevOps, or hybrid project delivery frameworks; certification in Agile, ITIL, Prince2, or PMI is considered an advantage.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence business decisions.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Desirable Requirements:

• SAP TM and/or SAP EWM certification.

• Experience with collaborative Transportation Management platforms such as e2open/eCarrier TMS and cloud-based integration technologies.
