About the Role
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Front-End Platform Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation Practice Management platform.
This role is pivotal in architecting and implementing a state-of-the-art user interface with a micro front-end architecture using React and MaterialUI.
You will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
Your Area of Focus
- Modernize & advance the front-end micro-front-end platform architecture used by Engineering teams across the organization.
- Design, implement, and advocate for reusable front-end tools, components, and frameworks that will serve as foundational building blocks for product features, as well as improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated user interfaces with React, ensuring optimal performance across multiple devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend Engineers) to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of code excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in frontend technologies, advocating for and leading the adoption of best practices and new technologies within the team.
- Ensure high-quality code standards and contribute to the continuous evolution of our technology stack.
Your Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of professional front-end development experience.
- Professional expertise with React and modern JavaScript libraries and tooling.
- Familiarity with React hooks.
- Strong understanding of micro front-end architecture and its implementation.
- Experience with Storybook and MaterialUI preferred.
- Experience with a shared component design.
- Experience implementing applications using style guides and wireframes.
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
- Team-oriented and collaborative, capacity to mentor junior team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to optimize performance, and scalability of the frontend components.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design, as well as cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Remote Pay Range
$130,500—$159,500 USD
