Key Accountabilities
- FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT: Designs, develops, tests and deploys scalable enterprise applications using React, Java/Spring Boot and Python, applying modern software engineering practices and reusable design patterns.
- FRONT-END ENGINEERING: Develops responsive, reusable and high-performance user experiences using React, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end development frameworks and practices.
- BACK-END & API DEVELOPMENT: Designs and develops enterprise backend services, REST APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot, integrating applications with internal and external systems.
- PYTHON & AI DEVELOPMENT: Develops Python-based applications and services supporting Generative AI, machine learning, data processing, intelligent automation and enterprise integrations.
- AI SOLUTIONS: Designs and integrates Generative AI and LLM-based capabilities, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering and AI-enabled workflows into enterprise applications.
- INTELLIGENT AUTOMATION: Identifies opportunities to improve business processes and implements intelligent automation solutions by integrating AI, APIs, workflow technologies and enterprise applications.
- SYSTEM INTEGRATION: Identifies technology interactions and dependencies across applications, APIs, databases and platforms to ensure integration, compatibility, functionality and performance targets are achieved.
- ENGINEERING STANDARDS & DEVOPS: Applies software engineering best practices including secure coding, code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, Git, cloud-native development and containerization to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT: Evaluates emerging AI, automation and software engineering technologies and implements continuous improvement opportunities to simplify solutions, optimize performance and accelerate application delivery.
- TECHNICAL COLLABORATION: Partners with architects, product owners, engineering teams and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and provides technical guidance to other engineers.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 10 years of relevant software engineering experience. Typically reflects 12 years or more of relevant experience.
- BTECH / BE from a renowned technology institution .
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with React, Java/Spring Boot and Python.
- Experience designing and developing full-stack enterprise applications, REST APIs and microservices.
- Experience developing or integrating Generative AI, LLM, AI/ML or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience with modern software development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing and cloud-based application development.
- Experience with RAG, AI agents/agentic workflows, workflow automation, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud AI services is preferred.
