Area Description

The Customer Experience Mobile Team at GFiber is responsible for delivering features that our customers use on a daily basis. This team is responsible for customer experiences that allow users to manage their in-home devices, get support, change their service subscription and pay their bill.  


Role Description

As a Senior iOS Software Engineer on the Customer Experience Mobile Team, you will play a key role in building and enhancing features for our native GFiber iOS mobile app. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless customer experiences, ensuring our users can easily manage their in-home devices, access support, and handle service subscriptions directly from their mobile devices.


In this role, you’ll:

  • Design, build, and maintain high-quality features for the native GFiber iOS mobile application using modern development practices.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive and performant mobile experiences.
  • Implement robust solutions using SwiftUI and advanced concurrency patterns to ensure a responsive and reliable application.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive automated test suites to ensure app stability and high code quality.
  • Mentor team members, participate in code reviews, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our mobile architecture and engineering standards.

At a minimum, we would like you to have:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar field, or relevant practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience with iOS development in Swift.
  • Experience building and maintaining native iOS applications.
  • Experience with SwiftUI and modern iOS concurrency patterns.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks and practices for iOS.

It’s preferred if you have:

  • Experience working with large-scale consumer-facing mobile applications.
  • Experience with advanced debugging and performance optimization techniques.
  • Experience contributing to the architecture of mobile applications.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile development.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $208,800 - $229,700 + bonus + cash award + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
