About the team
Super.com’s infrastructure team mission is to build & manage infrastructure, improve developer tooling and experience, resolve incidents, and enhance all Super.com employees' ability to leverage AI technologies. The team is primarily responsible for the infrastructure around building, deploying, and monitoring our services, databases, and caches. This team’s responsibilities span across the entire company, and include supporting all services, verticals, teams, and business functions.
What you'll be working on:
- Independently execute on large DevOps projects such as major migrations, product rollouts, and infrastructure enhancements
- Leverage expertise and collaboration skills during incidents to drive rapid resolutions
- Take initiative to research new technologies and upskill both the DevOps team and the broader engineering organization
- Mentor junior engineers / internsLeverage modern AI technologies both within the team and to provide novel capabilities to the company
- Contribute strategically during objective setting, retrospectives, and cross-team discussions

What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years as an infrastructure/DevOps engineer with notable major projects completed
- Significant experience building and operating environments with AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform
- Familiarity with production monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing systems (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
- Strong technical background with knowledge of networking, Linux operating systems, and backend software engineering
- Ability to code in a modern language well enough to write a single-file script and review python tooling code changes for the teamTrack record of successfully leveraging written communication skills while managing projects.
- Experience playing critical roles during incident response and root cause analysis
