Tubi’s Content Platforms Engineering team is on a mission to innovate and optimize the user-facing systems powering our content ecosystem. About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in frontend development, web technologies, and user interface design. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to build next-generation content onboarding systems. You’ll help create seamless workflows that enable efficient media processing, AI-assisted content enhancement, and user-friendly experiences for internal and external users.
What You'll Do:
- Design and build highly interactive and efficient web-based Content Management Systems to onboard content from diverse external partners.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure intuitive UI/UX, scalability, and seamless integration with services.
- Work with Content Operations to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution of the user experience, from content ingestion interfaces to media processing dashboards, using modern web technologies.
- Advocate for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility across the frontend stack.
- Implement web features that enable smooth interactions, improve operational efficiency, and scale the platform for growing needs.
Your Background:
- 5+ years of experience in web development with expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Strong understanding of web performance, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with gRPC for communication between services.
- Experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript practices.
- Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, NPM, Yarn).
Bonus:
- Experience with media content platforms and video/audio streaming technologies.
- Hands-on expertise with UI/UX design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with cloud services and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AI platforms or AI-assisted coding platforms to enhance developer productivity and streamline development processes.
- A passion for creating beautiful, efficient, and scalable user interfaces.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below.
