WeRide.ai is looking for a Software Engineer to build powerful and efficient world-leading cloud infra platforms for autonomous driving, inlcuding PaaS platforms, such as Big Data, AI, Simulation, and IaaS platforms, such as K8s, storage services.
What you will do:
- Architect and develop scalable and reliable PaaS and IaaS platforms to serve the whole company to meet our growing business needs.
- Architect and develop high performance and scalable distributed system for large scale data storage, data processing, distributed deep learning, simulation.
- Discover and resolve performance bottlenecks to improve the efficiency of platform continuously.
- Build profiling tools to allow engineers to efficiently identify system bottlenecks.
- Build monitoring and introspection tools to allow engineers to quickly introspect a system.
Requirements:
- BS, MS, PhD in Computer Science / Engineering, Statistics or other equivalent fields
- 3+ year experience of developing scalable, distributed, compute-intensive services and ETLs on AWS or other cloud platforms.
- 3+ year experience of cloud-native software architect and development
- Proficiency in C++, Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
- Familiar with Kubernetes, Linux, Docker, LXC, Micro services.
Salary Range: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range is between $143,000 - $197,437.50 for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
