A Day in the Life:
Working primarily in Golang and MongoDB, as a Senior Software Engineer, Backend, you’ll be building products with our customers for their patients/members to empower people to live healthier, happier lives. You’ll be designing, building and integrating these solutions using the League platform as well as improving our platform along the way. This will require critical thinking and creativity!
You will be encouraged to speak your mind and engage. You will collaborate with people across League’s organization from other engineering teams, designers, product managers the list goes on! You’ll have a high level of ownership to drive deliverables to completion, having a direct impact on League’s business. - Work on a cross-functional, solution-driven development team

Work Location:
We have a mix of office-centric roles based in our vibrant Toronto office, and remote-eligible roles based anywhere in Canada or US. Each job posting will indicate where the role will be based. Regardless of the role’s posted location, all Toronto-area Leaguers (living within 65 km of our downtown HQ) collaborate in-office Monday through Thursday. Depending on your distance to the office, you’ll enjoy 10 or 20 Flexible Remote Days each quarter for focus and deep-work time.
