Role Summary:
We’re seeking a mid-to-senior Frontend Engineer to help lead the development of a new greenfield application, working closely with engineering and QA to deliver high-quality, scalable features. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in autonomous environments, collaborates well across teams, and brings a strong focus on performance, usability, and modern frontend best practices.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with engineering management and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality feature releases
- Develop modular, reusable frontend components and libraries with a focus on maintainability and scalability for a new front-end application
- Work autonomously alongside senior and staff engineers to advance a greenfield project from the ground up
- Implement best practices in UI/UX design, performance optimization, and accessibility
- Participate in architectural and feature planning discussions, contributing to the direction and evolution of core application functionality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience, with strong proficiency in Svelte or React
- Proficiency with C#/.NET, as well as Javascript and Typescript, environments in order to collaborate effectively with both frontend and backend teams
- Experience shipping high-quality features through CI/CD pipelines and writing reliable frontend tests
- Comfortable working independently with a track record of self-directed problem solving
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and explain technical concepts to non-engineers
- Curious, user-focused, and motivated to stay current with modern frontend practices and tools
