We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in Python, Amazon Connect, and Salesforce. You’ll play a key role in a large-scale contact center transformation program that spans multiple years and impacts over 10,000 agents worldwide. This is a highly visible, strategic initiative where you’ll troubleshoot complex integration challenges, drive development, and ensure seamless connectivity between Amazon Connect and Salesforce. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support and enhance Amazon Connect + Salesforce integration, focusing on SCV and SCC. 
  • Diagnose and resolve ongoing issues with Salesforce and Connect adapters. 
  • Collaborate with AWS and Salesforce support teams to pull logs, analyze failures, and implement fixes. 
  • Provide guidance on integration of best practices, object relationships, and failure handling scenarios. 
  • Assist in development and troubleshooting for Connect + SFDC integration, ensuring scalability and reliability. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders to address enterprise-level use cases (e.g., supervisor notifications during call scenarios). 
  • May require minimal travel for client onsite.

Required Skills & Experience 

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Python, including building scalable APIs.  
  • Proven experience with Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV) / Salesforce Contact Center (SCC) integrations. 
  • Strong understanding of AWS Connect architecture and Salesforce modules. 
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and coordinate with vendor support teams. 
  • Familiarity with contact center solutions and large-scale migration programs. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with Twilio-based contact center solutions. 
  • Knowledge of AI-driven contact center enhancements. 
  • Prior to working on enterprise-scale programs.
