Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Required Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development, systems design, or IT architecture. 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and large-scale cloud deployments.

Position Description: 
 
PingWind is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Sr. Software/Cloud Architect responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of enterprise-scale cloud and software solutions. This role provides technical leadership in cloud architecture, software design, system integration, and security to ensure that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with organizational strategy. The Senior Architect works closely with stakeholders, development teams, and operations staff to define architecture standards, optimize performance, and drive innovation across cloud and hybrid environments.

P Responsibilities:
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

• Lead the design of cloud-native and hybrid applications, platforms, and infrastructure.
• Define system architecture, integration patterns, and technical roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized.
• Develop and oversee multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Drive adoption of cloud-native services, containerization, and serverless technologies.
• Provide guidance on cloud migration, modernization, and optimization.
•Define best practices for software architecture, coding standards, and design patterns.
• Partner with development teams to design microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Ensure security and compliance are integrated into all phases of the SDLC.
•Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong proficiency in software development practices, microservices, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevOps/DevSecOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with data platforms (SQL/NoSQL databases, data lakes, streaming).
• Strong knowledge of security principles, IAM, and compliance frameworks.
