The Job
The Senior Social Media Manager leads the strategy, growth, and execution of our social presence across multiple brands. This role will be the driving force behind our social voice — blending creativity, community building, and performance marketing to deepen brand affinity and drive measurable business results.What You’ll Do
Owns our social strategy end-to-end: from developing campaigns and editorial calendars, to engaging followers and managing influencers, to measuring what works and optimizing for growth.
Lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of Simpro Group’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and X.
Develop and execute Simpro’s YouTube strategy, with a focus on brand-building through educational and entertaining content.
Build trust and authority for the brand on Reddit, becoming an active, value-adding contributor in relevant conversations.
Craft and publish platform-specific content that aligns with global marketing campaigns, amplifies product messaging, and drives meaningful engagement.
Manage daily community interactions: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with speed, authenticity, and consistency.
Establish and evolve each brand’s social voice, tone, and playbooks, including community response guidelines and influencer engagement frameworks.
Collaborate with Content, Creative, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen teams to bring integrated campaigns to life and support a video-first content strategy.
Identify, vet, and manage partnerships with micro- and mid-tier influencers and brand collaborators.
Build and champion an employee advocacy program, empowering internal voices and amplifying team and culture moments on social.
Manage editorial and campaign calendars tied to industry moments, product launches, and brand initiatives.
Define KPIs and track performance across platforms, tying social impact to business goals like lead generation, brand awareness, and pipeline contribution.
Serve as the in-house social media expert, keeping the org informed of emerging trends, platform changes, and new growth opportunities.
Analyze competitive benchmarks and social trends to continuously refine our strategy and identify white space.
Ensure visual and voice consistency across all platforms in alignment with brand guidelines.

What You’ll Bring
5–7 years of experience leading social media strategy and execution for B2B SaaS brands, ideally with a global footprint.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Media Studies, or a related field required.
Proven success scaling social channels — with metrics to back it up (audience growth, engagement, conversions, etc.).
Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and social video — from platform algorithms to audience behaviors.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt voice across platforms and brands, from engaging captions to strategic positioning.
Experience managing influencer campaigns from sourcing to performance reporting.
Strategic use of analytics to inform strategy, uncover opportunities, and make iterative improvements.
Expert knowledge of scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, or similar).
Excitement for generating social content through basic graphic design skills or Canva.
Excellent organizational and project management skills — able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines with moderate direction.
A collaborative, adaptable working style with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Sharp editorial instincts and creative taste — you know when content is “good” and how to elevate it.
A passion for storytelling, digital culture, and helping B2B brands act more human online.
