Job Responsibilities
- Develop and improve our CI/CD processes.
- Provide on-call technical triage and troubleshooting.
- Lead projects across multiple teams including DR, security compliance, and AWS resource management.
- Drive automation and innovation for proactive monitoring and continuous operations improvement.
- Collaborate with our overseas offices for projects, knowledge transfer, and on-call rotation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Linux and Windows.
- Experience in Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience with AWS.
- Knowledge of monitoring, alerting and deployment tools: Splunk, CloudWatch, New Relic, Harness.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
