Essential Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities and conduct significant campaigns to win new business and generate orders at the required profitability and margins per the annual operations plan.
- Negotiate and close very complex and high value deals in close coordination and collaboration with Key Account Managers, operations and tendering teams.
- Communicate, educate and enable the regional sales team on FACTS Services sales practices, value proposition and target
- Establish commercial contracts and agreements with customers to support digital services delivery
- Ensure the commercial and technical aspects of the proposals are complete and compliant with the Customer requirements, and present the most competitive solutions
- Work closely with the Region Sales, FACTS Products Business Development team as key partners in the strategy development to create winning proposals and meeting or exceeding the region’s orders plan
- Support Market Level Pricing Indicators, target pricing and Pricing Strategy
- Support the ACS strategy in meeting segment orders operating plan, Sales, margin and hit rate
- Develop, manage and report on progress against annual Operating Plan and identify initiatives for growth playbook
- Responsible for managing Opportunities in SFDC, pipeline governance, ensure opportunities forecasts is accurately reflected in sales force system.
- Evaluate opportunities’ risk, manage timely delivery and accuracy of offers, follow-up on offers and help to negotiate contracts with customers.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities
- Approximate 30% travel
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) from an ac credited university or college
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Grid ‘s industry related services, i.e., sales, application engineering and/or marketing roles
- Minimum of 3 years of tendering experience in the Grid industry

- Proven experience in a senior services, sales and tendering roles with multi-million-dollar budget
- Demonstrated success in negotiation, deal closure and contract development to achieve significant multi-product, multi-year contracts with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, gain acceptance and negotiate successful outcomes with customers
The salary range for this position is 119,500 - 159,300 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a sales incentive performance bonus of 30%.
